Quality control ( online and offline )

As a quality points from yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, and finishing, following the test parameter and taking trails for new product requirements,

Mens inner & outer wear, Women’s inner & outer wear, Kids & children inner & outer wear right from yarn selection to required process and special finish for those products,

Using 4 points system for final fabric inspection and educate the checkers to form the team for quality checking,

Fabric sourcing

As a fabric sourcing, I can source the fabric from global all products Cotton, Polyester, nylon, bamboo, modal ( Inner and outer wear )

Fabric colorist & Testing,

I have a good knowledge in fabric color match assessment visually and digitalized ( Using data color system ),

Following the FPT results parameters and conduct the quality meeting with the supplier based on monthly and weekly test parameter passed/failed DATA,
